I"m taking the weekend off from low carbing to lose and just eating to maintain.

B - 3/4 cup dry all bran with strawberry bites

L - guts from a piece of lasagna, no noodles

S - piece of apple raisin loaf

D - 1 stuffed pepper, ceasar salad, 2 glasses pinot noir while i cook :oops:

S - Popcorn maybe

Yesterday:
B - 2 Finn crisps with 1tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup blueberries
L - small mixed green salad with 3 leftover chicken wings cut up into it (Yummmm!)
S - 1/2 cup grapes and a yogurt
D - Out at a restaurant: 1/2 of small greek salad, 2 chicken fingers, 1 chicken wing, and about 3 french fries
S - Rice crispy square (large piece) :oops:

K - I'll give it a crack. Looks like a good way to "journal"

B - 8:30am Regular instant oatmeal (NOT maple, NOT apples & Cinnamon - the plain stuff). I added a coffee cream (will work down to milk - I hate oatmeal) and a spoonful of treacle. If you don;t know what it is, don't ask, if you do, don't tell!

S - 9:30 - banana, 9:45 started mineola tangelo. Nice to know you read my menu Trace! :D I figure the treacle in regular oatmeal is better than the fat and sugar in the oatmeal cookies i HAVE been eating! :mrgreen: BTW - what is Isoflex? is that one of those protein drinks?

L- 11:30 - Bowl cream of mushroom soup (this is a habit I am working on), 1/2 garlic lime chicken breast (justposted the recipe in the recipe section), green salad with Fig and balsamic dressing.

S -

D - 3/4 garlic lime chicken breast,1/4 cmashed potaotes,some edamame. Fist full of BBQ chips while cooking dinner (I thought Kai ATE those????)

S - Totoally lost it while trying to get kai's passport. You don't want to know.

I'm back to low carbing for the week. Woke up with an upset stomach so am going to just do shakes for breakie and lunch and hopefully feel well enough to eat by dinner time. And Sue I know what treacle is...naughty girl.

B - isoflex mixed with water

L - small flavoured can of tuna

S - 1 oz cheese

D - guts of a stuffed pepper

Sue, Isoflex is protein powder I buy at GNC. It's the best tasting one I've ever come across.

Okay, here's how my day has gone so far

Woke up and had my Latte (about 1 cup skim milk)
1 turkey wrap (deli turkey, slice ff cheese, light MW)

small piece pork tenderloin roast, some potato wedges (15 ish)
m&m's (small pack 45g?)

1 latte (slightly less than 1 cup milk)

Planning on having a bowl of homemade chicken noodle later

S - maybe an Isoflex with water

Chicken overload day!

B - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 cup blueberries
S - cherries
L - Green salad with about 3 oz cut up chicken breast
S - rice crispy square
D - 3 oz Roasted chicken breast with a bit of BBQ sauce, green beans
D #2 - 3 oz garlic lime chicken breast

I admit... I never truly stopped eating all day! :oops: To be fair, I did work about 18 hours... so needed to eat to keep my energy level up

New day.

B - Bottle Minute Maid OJ (woke up desperately thirsty today - not nearly enough to drink yesterday), oatmeal with a spoon of treacle

S - banana, pouch of Pringles "Baked wheat stix" (too many carbs today I see!) - 1 pouch has 90 cal.

L- Went to a new Mexican Rest for lunch.Chimichangas in Yorkville -Oh My God it was amazing. i had tortilla soup and chicken enchiladas. They were 2 small 4"tortillas with all the "stuff". Ate two bites of the refried beans and one bite of rice. Polished off the enchiladas though - the roasted tomato sauce was to die for!

S -

D - - class at George Brown tonight. Planning to have dinner at Gabby's.I'm thinkinig the steak and goat cheese salad

L - Salad with cucumer, mixed greens, and 1/2 of a garlic lime chicken breast
S - nibbles of chocolate... too many nibbles, handful of blueberries
D - Pork tenderloin medalions, broccoli, 2 tbsp rice
S - Cherries

D - Cheese & Crackers (Laughing cow cheese triangles, Finn Crisps, bit of turkey breast), Veggies & dip
S - Microwave popcorn, cherries

I've been sick most of the week and just eating crackers and crap so haven't been listing it. Today I plan on having real meals even though I don't feel so great.

Brunch - 1 cup dry all bran strawberry bites

Snack - 1/2 coffee, 1/2 hot chocolate, 1 cookie

Dinner - 4 oz pork in sour cream sauce, 5 broc spears, 1/2 cup egg noodles

Snack - kozy shack sugar free pudding cup

Had my day menu planned but got too busy in the kitchen baking that I forgot to eat breakfast.

B - nothing but drank 4 cups of black coffee

L - 1/2 cup dry all bran strawberry bites

S- SF pudding cup

D - 4 oz boeuf bourguignon with pearl onions and mushrooms, a bit of baguette to soak up the juices, 2 glasses of merlot

Let's get this revived - I'll start the next thread. here is today (running commmentary - I'll edit as I go)

B - 2 slices Ryvita Sesame Rye crispbread (5 g fibre) - I serving is 3 slices, but I can only manage 2. I had one slice of medium canadian cheddar cheese on it.

Snack - 11am - eating one of the clementines. Nice and juicy, took great care to remove allthe rind-y stuff

For snacks, I have on my desk 2 clementines (one now) and some black grapes. I also have yogurt in the fridge. Let's see if I stick to my plan... :shock:

indian chicken salad pockets
1 1/2tbps low fat mayo
1tsp lime juice
1/2tsp curry paste
3/4 cup chopped grilled chicken breast
1 1/2 tablepoon cucumber
1 1/2 tbs chopped red onion
1 wholewheat pita (i didnt put the stuff in it :)
2 leaves green leaf lettuce
in a bowl combine mayo lime juice and curry paste whisk to blend. add the chicken cucumber onion
